This is a horrible facility. At avalon gardens, they practice abuse, neglect and malpractice on children. Children are dying and being abused!! They dont have a voice. It is so sad. This facility is corrupted. How come the NYS DOH inspects, finds issues and then the facility only gets fined $2,000?????
